What does "Your tax return has been received; but not processed" mean? I received my federal refund a few weeks ago but not state. Both were approved at the same time.

The return was accepted when you filed.  The return needs to be processed before a refund can be approved and issued to you.

Is that message you are seeing when you track the refund on your states website?  If the state has the return but hasn't processed it yet, you may want to call them and find out what the hold up is about.
