Is $130 the amount shown on your Form 1040, Line 35a?

How did you pay your TurboTax fees?    Did you pay them upfront with credit/debit card, or did you choose to pay your fees out of your Federal refund?

If you efiled, was your efiled return accepted for processing?  You can check by logging into your account and looking at the Tax Home.

What does the IRS "Where's My Refund" tool indicate?   Has your refund been released, and does it show an amount?
