What happens with the $54.99 I paid on 04/16/2018?? that has to be good for something....you can't just keep it! I thought it was for a 2017 download of Fed & state
I paid for what I thought was the fed and state download for 2017 so I had it to use, as I didn't get it done on time. So now you have taken and used the $54.99 and I have nothing and I still need the download and I have the link but they want me to pay for it again. I have my bank statement showing I paid for it on 04/16/2018. That's when it came out of my bank.....where do I go from here? I don't want to pay for it again. So now what do I do to get some sort of return or credit...Thank you, Dorothy
