What if i already filed state and have it set up to be deducted from checking but wont have enough to pay it all?

Since you have already filed your tax return you would be unable to make any changes in TurboTax. However, you can contact your State Department of Revenue and they will assist with cancelling the existing scheduled payment and setting up a new payment arrangement. In addition, many states also allow payment plans as well if that would work better for you.
