What if i already finished fedral and only wanted state done. They sent my fedral again. Will i get in trouble?

If you already e-filed your Federal return and it was accepted it can not be sent again. Once the system updates your originally accepted return will show accepted and the "resend" will show rejected. Returns can only be e-filed and accepted once.
