What if I do not have a state issued ID

The system will not let me go past the page requesting a state issued ID

You are not required to enter a state ID or drivers license in order to e-file federal so you can skip past it.   But some states are very picky about the ID and will not allow you to e-file without one.   If your state is the problem and you do not have an ID then print and mail the state.
