What if I only have my tribal federal ID card?

I have no ks is or no DL. But I do have my native American tribal id

Not sure what you are trying to do that involves your identification card. You do not have to enter an identification card to e-file your federal return. Some states are picky about having one entered in order to e-file a state return. You can skip entering it for the federal return. If the state return is a problem, you can print, sign and mail the state return instead of e-filing it.
