What is an IT BUS form and how do I know what to put for percentage of ownership?

I did instacart delivery for a short period last year and had to file a 1099-NEC. Now turbo tax is asking me what percent of ownership and I have no idea what to put or how to figure that number out.

You may have taken a wrong turn somewhere. Can you give more information about where you were in the program when you ran into this?
