Do you mean you did not receive your tax refund last year?  Was your return accepted?  Did you check your email after you e-filed to see if it was accepted or rejected?  When you look now at your account for 2018 does it say "Accepted", "Rejected", "ready to mail" or "Printed?"  If it says anything other than "accepted" it was not filed.  TurboTax does not mail your return for you.

 

If it was accepted:

 

You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount  (line 20a of your Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:

If it was rejected or not filed, then you need to print it, sign and mail it now.  It cannot be e-filed.
