Question

What should I do if I received an email a few days after getting confirmation my e-file was accepted stating I have not yet submitted my taxes via efile?

Who did you submit your pin to?   If an email is asking for pin numbers, it is probably not legit.   Avoid phishing scams and spoofed sites

Sometimes if you have multiple TurboTax accounts, you may get an email for the accounts you did you use to file (you can only file once per year).  If you sign in to the account you used to file and it shows accepted by the IRS, you are done with filing and can ignore emails that are referencing accounts you are not using.    To see how many accounts you have, use these instructions

To track your federal refund, look on the IRS Where's My Refund site.

For state refunds, use your state government's refund lookup service.

Email header: action required, your tax return was not efiled(TurboTax), email received today. Asking for AGI. However, my account in turbo tax shows everything was approved an no new notifications. Could it be do to it being rejected on my first two attempts, and sent out as an automated email tied to those?
