@fisher-christopher2001 I'm not sure which version of TT you are using. Desktop or online? Have your paid your TT fees? save the file as a pdf onto your laptop and print from there. you should always save a copy for your records.
If you are unable to view or print your return, first try to update or reinstall Adobe Reader. We have found that many printing problems can be solved by updating or reinstalling Adobe Reader. If you have updated to the latest version of Adobe Reader, please also try using another web browser.
Saving your return as a PDF lets you view and print your tax return outside of TurboTax.
In desktop version:
Open your return in TurboTax.
Select File.
Select Print/Save for Your Records.
Choose to either Save As PDF or Preview Print Copy.
ONLINE VERSION:
Open or continue your return.
Enter your return by selectingContinueorStartonTax Home.
SelectTax Tools from the menu, then Print Center(on mobile devices, tap in the upper left corner to expand the menu).
SelectPrint, save, or preview this year's return, and follow any additional instructions.
Once your PDF opens in Adobe Acrobat Reader, select the printer icon.
Make any adjustments in thePrintwindow and then select Print.
How do I fix issues while printing my return?
Shut your computer and printer down for 30 seconds, then turn them back on.
Make sure your printer and computer have all updates installed.
If using TurboTax Desktop, make sure you've downloaded all updates.
