What should I do to get hold of a human through calling the IRS? It has been 28 days and I have not gotten my return. IRS tracking is not giving me any information.

No information when you track it? Was it accepted? Check your e-file status. And are you using the correct refund amount?

Sometimes people get confused by the “summary” given by TurboTax and use the wrong amount for the federal refund. Make sure you are only using the federal refund amount, and not an amount that combined your federal and state refunds.
