What to do when IRS says I’ve been refunded but I haven’t.

It depends on how long it's been and how you requested to get your refund. 

If you asked a for a mailed check, you need to allow 5 to 7 days for the mail to get delivered.

If you arranged a direct deposit, you can contact your bank to see if a deposit was made. Any delay there should be less than two business days. 

If you applied for a refund advance, or to pay your TurboTax fees from your refund, contact TPG for assistance. 

If it has been longer than a week, call the IRS to let them know you didn't get your refund. You can call the main number for individuals 1-800-829-1040, or a local office near you. Follow this link to find that.
