Whats going on with my federal return???

I submitted my federal tax return and it was changed to "Accepted" statu on 2/6/2020. It is now 4/10/2020 and it is still just processing.. Why is it taking so long??? Its been 2 months now..

Processing simply means that the IRS is working on your return, it is the stage after accepted and before being approved. Here is more information on what's happening with your return

While most refunds are issued within 21 days of the return being accepted, not the date it was filed, sometimes there can be delays.
