whats up with the 40 dollars early deposit

paid 40 dollars for 5 days early deposit funds suppose to be today and nothing

neither 5 early neither today.

You are confusing the $40 refund processing fee to pay your TurboTax fees from your federal refund with a separate $25 fee for a "5 day early" refund. There was an offer to pay $25 to get your refund five days earlier than the IRS refund site date. The $40 you are paying is a "refund processing fee" to have a third party bank receive your refund from the IRS, use your refund to pay your TurboTax fees and send you the rest of the refund.
