All of your forms have to be available before you can choose the option to pay your TurboTax fees from your refund (and pay the extra $39.99 fee to do so) so click on Review to see what forms you are waiting for.  

 

The IRS will not start accepting returns until the end of January, so filing early will not get you an early refund.
