Question

When downloading my returns this year (2019) no summary cover letters from TurboTax are attached. Why?The past 10 years cover letters are always attached to my returns.

Are you referring to the summary of your tax return that is printed with instructions for mailing? That information should still be included. I would suggest that you double check your selections for print options when creating the PDF. We still offer the summary, so it should have printed with your tax forms if you selected it.

@KatrinaLO, thanks for your response. Yes the summary of my tax return that is attached with instructions for e filing. I never print I save my return PDF's and this summary and instructions saves with the returns.

Of note: This year is the first year as well that my Windows 10 Edge browser wont save my returns in .PDF, Edge will only save the returns in .TXT format. Therefore I had to save the returns on my iPhone's Safari browser to be able to get my returns in PDF but no summary/instruction pages were attached.

Your help is appreciated.
