When i activated my turbo card i must of entered tge wrong date of birth by mistake it wouldn't let me edit or fix the issue with the card so i called and cancelled the card there was no money placed

will the irs send out my money in a paper check if its rejected to go on the card?

Yes, the IRS will mail you a paper check. You can track this in Where's my refund, once TurboTax Prepaid Visa Card rejects the deposit the IRS will update your status to mailed check.
