Question

When I did my taxes. It showed me getting 3500 back but I still have yet to get them.

When I did my taxes it showed me as getting 3500 back but,  I haven’t gotten them and it doesn’t show up anywhere on turbo tax. But my federal taxes paid was $330.

Have you tried tracking your refund?  It can take up to 21 days from the time your return was accepted to when your refund is issued.  Please see the below link for additional information:
