When i get to the page to that ask if i have filed before, and I as married last year, but this year i have a new last name. What do I click?

I was married and filed with my married name last year, however, this past week i changed it to my married name

You should click 'Yes'.

When you get married, and/or change your name, your Social Security Number will not change, even if you applied for a new SS Card with your new status/name. The IRS tracks you and your returns by the SSN, not really your name.

If you haven't applied for a new Social Security Card yet, you should do so soonest. Be sure to check all the proper options on the application (single to married, name change).
