Question

When I got to the State Return, the program won't advance to the next screen. What do I do to get it to advance?

Its possible some state forms are not available yet. Please see this Turbo Tax FAQ on State forms availability for personal. State forms availability table for TurboTax individual (personal) tax products. State Forms

    I ended up completing it on my phone and it worked fine.  May have had something to do with cookies on my computer.  Thanks for your reply!
