When I log in TT wants me to complete 2015 taxes. All is done for 2015. Ready for 2016. What now.
Used TT in 2015 only to provide IRS requested Form 1116. Had already filed 1040 by 4/15/16. Plan to use TT for 2016.
Online 2016 TurboTax won't open until early December, likely next week.
The desktop 2016 software (CD/download) is available now:

NOTE: If you use Online TurboTax 2016, it will likely transfer the online 2015 tax file into your 2016 return. If your 2015 tax file is not a true representation of the 2015 return you prepared elsewhere, then you'll have to be careful to either review all of the transferred info, or you can select to start the 2016 return over without transferring. If that situation arises, we can help you with that when the time comes.
