Question

When I look up my tax return on the IRS website it says my info is wrong or they don't have it. I filed on 02/12/21. When I call it says they are busy and cant answer.

I did electronic taxes and I did receive the email that everything was good.

That seems to be normal this year. The IRS is seriously backlogged because of all the extra stimulus filings. And WMR has been erratic and unreliable.  Once your return has been accepted by the IRS for processing, TT receives no further updates.   Lots of folks are waiting, so please continue to be patient.
