Question

When I request to view and print my forms, an error pops up every time. I've confirmed it isn't a printer issue. Should I close my browser and try again?

Clear cache and cookies on your web browser.  Close the browser and then re-open the browser.  Access your TurboTax online account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

 

If the problem persists then change your web browser.  Google Chrome seems to work quite well with the TurboTax online editions.

 

Note - You must have paid the TurboTax account fees or have e-filed the federal tax return and the return has been accepted by the IRS before you can view or print your complete tax return.

 

However, you can view your Form 1040 at any time. Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the screen. Click on Tools. Click on View Tax Summary. Click on Preview my 1040 on the left side of the screen.
