When I track my state return on my state's website it's says $0 under refund amount& says under review for the status.I'm supposed to get $716 back.Why is this happening?

If the status has changed from "Under review" to "Your return has not yet been processed", it indicates they have completed the review and have sent your return to be processed. They haven't, however, completed the processing.

For a precise answer, you would have to contact the CT Department of Revenue Services for an explanation.

I have the same issues 'under review' then 3 days later 'not proceessed'

State of CT is bad news they are nasty.

I would rather deal with the IRS and I mean that.

State of Connecticut should learn how to treat taxpayers because this state does NOTHING for their taxpayers..worse state ever

We are sorry that you are having an issue with your state income tax return. TurboTax does not issue refunds or Stimulus checks. TurboTax is a tax preparation platform. If you have submitted your return , then TurboTax is out of the picture. There could be several reasons why you have not received your Stimulus or refund.

I just did my taxes & my CT status says $0 & under review & I don't understand why !!!!!! It's so frustrating! I've never had this happen before.

When you file a return with your state, the refund is zero until the state decides to accept your return and then process it. Once the state makes a decision, you will either get paid, get an audit letter, or be rejected.

Why would they say it was accepted by the state if it's not then ? I got the email stating the state accepted my returns on the 25th.

Mine says the same idk if its turbo tax or what i notice it had alot of glitches when doing my state tax i even had a turbo tax expert look over it and say it was all good i think the app is making mistakes causing ct to flag it

Mine was accepted on Jan.24. It says the exzact same thing everyone else says,I just checked my status. Amount is $0 and "Under review". Not for nothing. I have the easiest return possible one single W2. Something is not right for this to go on with all of us.

Not sure if this is the case for you but I noticed that TurboTax rounds to the nearest dollar. CT does not round and every year I get the same status 0 under review, then switched to modified with the exact change.

CT State return sometimes need to verify your identity. It will say $0 Under Review you will receive a letter in the mail with instructions for verification. This happens to me every year...Now my Sratus update to $0 MODIFIED

Does that means they modified it to $0? I know they will take your refund if u owe anything to state of ct

I'm having the same issue. Filed in CT. My state return was accepted on the 24th and I got the email from TurboTax saying that. It's been under review since - a week now. Have received no letters or anything from state.

So apparently I will be getting something from the State of CT.In the mail today. I promise to share what its about when I open it. I have to say,in my 55 years this is the first time anything like this has happened. No clue what its about because like I said,my taxes are easy peasy. And yes,I without a doubt believe there is a glitch in the Matrix,there are way too many of us all in the same year this is happening too. Its Not Federal,its happening with States. To be continued....Lol!;)

Same. I filed like a month a half ago. Turbo tax state of CT says accepted and the state website says $0 and under review. This has never happened before. I always get my return quickly
