Question

When I try to print an error message that says Failed to load PDF document. How do I view my efile 2023 w-2s that were accepted using TurboTax Business 2023?

I have a red triangle with a white ! in it, followed by: Form W-2 Worksheet: Employee's middle initial has too many characters.

Were you able to solve your issue? Try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies, and reopen TurboTax.
