Question

When im going through the process to see if I qualify for a debit card for an advance I keep getting an error message that my name does not match.

I’m typing it in the box exactly as it appears below the box. I’ve tried for 2 days now and I still can’t get it to accept.

First, check to make sure there are no extra spaces in your name in the Personal Info section and any place you are entering your name. One extra space with cause that error.

If you don't find that to be the case, please log completely out of TurboTax, then try clearing out your browser's cache and delete the cookies stored on your computer. A full or corrupted cache can keep TurboTax from functioning properly.
