When should I expect my return and stimulus?

I received an email stating my e-filed 2019 taxes were approved. When should I expect them to hit my account as well as the stimulus? It used to take a few days not weeks.

    We have not received a schedule of what payments go out when from the agency. The agency said it would launch a tracking tool called “Get My Payment” by April 17. The tool will give people an idea on when they can expect a deposit or a check in the mail.
