When will I be able to e-file and pay the turbo tax fee from my refund?

Your TurboTax fees will not be deducted from your refund until the IRS has accepted & fully processed your return. Then the IRS will send your refund to the bank that handles the Refund Processing Service, there they will take your fees from your Federal refund, then send the remaining balance to your account. The IRS is not accepting returns until Feb 12th, so it will be awhile.
