When will I receive my remaining federal refund from TurboTax after SPRGB gave me too little?

I noticed that I have a similar problem of receiving too little from Santa Barbara LLC. I was not aware of additional fees and I am owed about $125. Even though TT said they would email and fix it in a few days, I have waited three weeks with no deposit. Now what?

What is the amount shown as Issued/Sent on the IRS federal tax refund website - https://www.irs.gov/refunds

Have you factored in the TurboTax account fees and the TPG service charge of $39?
Review your TurboTax account fees -
Sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/
Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents click on View Order Details
