Whenever I put my information in Form 8938, it keeps disappear all contents for Form 8938. I need to report Form 8938. How can I do it?

It depends are you holding  specified foreign financial assets with an aggregate value exceeding $50,000? Please read this IRS FAQ document  completely to see if you have a reporting requirement to the IRS. If there is no reporting requirement , then Turbo Tax will not include a 8938 in your return based on your entries.

I checked Turbo Tax and IRS and there are no known issues regarding 8938 reporting.

I am having the same issue.  When I go to print preview I will see my 8938 the first time right after I enter data.  But if I log out or update any other part of my return the next time I print preview the form has disappeared. 

I meet all the the requirements to file the 8938 so it is not an issue of this form not being needed.  It appears to be a glitch in Turbo Tax Deluxe.
