Where are my taxes

I have been waiting on my taxes, it's been 3 weeks, nobody can help me, nobody knows where my refund is, I don't recommend TurboTax to anyone else, I been needing info for over a week, and I still haven't gotten it

TurboTax gets no information about anyone's tax return status. The only source of information is the IRS.

 

Have you verified that your efiled return was accepted by the IRS?  https://shop.turbotax.intuit.com/efile/efile_status_lookup.jsp

 

If it was accepted, what does the IRS tracking web site say about the status of your refund?  https://www.irs.gov/refunds
