Where can I find my account and routing number of my bank account? On a check or in my bank app ? I checked both, and they are different.

TurboTax explained where to find it on the check and how the first number should be consisted of nine digits, however mine is ten. Also the other two numbers are fairly long. I am unsure where to be looking at this point.
