Where can I find my certification number for the Ohio return?

Please clarify -- a certification number for what?

 

There are a number of certificates that certain taxpayers are required to file with their Form IT 1040.  Please search certificate in the IT 1040/SD 100 Instructions for some examples.

That is what I want to know.  Certification for what? I go over the Schedule of Credits worksheet you've provided, and I notice that I don't qualify for any of the credits.  Why am I being asked to provide a number for a certification that doesn't seem to exist?

To clarify, where in the return is it prompting you for a certification number?  Is it during the completion of the return? Or in Review?  or when you attempt to e-file?
