Where can I find my federal tax refund I've already filed over a month ago

We was just curious about where's our federal we already received our state but it's been well over a month probably going on two months now that we have not received it yet is there a contact number email

The IRS is seriously backlogged due to all the new tax laws and extra stimulus filings, as well as unprocessed 2019 returns left over from the COVID shutdown.  Unfortunately, contacting the IRS will not speed things up.  Lots of other folks are still waiting, so please continue to be patient.
