Where can I find the amount of weeks I worked per quarter on my tax return file?

That will not be on your tax return.  Your tax return only shows the income you received in the tax YEAR.  If you need to keep track of how many weeks you work in a quarter, you will need to keep records of it yourself or mark your calendar.
