Did you buy the Desktop program and have a License Code?

Sorry you can't apply the Desktop purchase to the online version. They are separate things and don't talk or sync to each other. You can move your online return to the Desktop program without paying for online so you don't need to start over.

I actually just used the online TurboTax without purchasing the actual item. It was for my father-in-law's 2019 tax return who died 1/14/2020 and was submitted and accepted by IRS on 1/27. Refund still hasn't been received however TurboTax debited the checking account yesterday for $43.90 causing his account to be in overdraft. This the form the assistant from TurboTax told me I needed to complete to be refunded this amount until the refund is received.
