Where do i find the non-deductible taxes for my Iowa return?

2021 federal income tax witheld from W-2 & 1099 is what i'm most curious about getting right.

Are you talking about tax year 2022? In Iowa, you can deduct federal tax paid in 2022, not in 2021.

Please see this Iowa instruction page for line 31 on the IA 1040 for information on what federal items are deductible in 2022.
