Question

Where do I find the "One-on-one audit guidance from an experienced tax professional" for my 2015 return to assist with my audit?

I have encountered problems with my Obamacare subsidy and IRS saying that their version of my data does not agree with mine. Not sure if it's causing the problem, but I received two separate 1095s that year, one for Jan-Apr and one for May-Dec. I thought I was getting a substantial refund from my TurboTax-prepared return, but they instead want me to pay beause of this discrepancy.

Submit your question/problem during business hours and then use the option for Call.  You can simply enter "audit support" as your question.

There will be some personal information gathered so we can create a case for you.  A phone number will be provided, specific to your case, to speak directly with a TurboTax agent.

That's the location where I started to post my question, so it's no help. I see no answer relevant to my question, i.e. IRS problems with my data from 1095a forms. Nor am I clear where I can converse one-on-one with a person who can assist with my specific issues.
