Where do you enter direct payments to Medicare?

If you didn't have those payments made directly from your monthly SS income.

Or if you haven't actually started getting SS yet, but have started paying Medicare premiums directly.

Then

You enter the total paid for the year as one of the medical Premium payments within the Medical Expenses area on the Deductions&Credits page.
