If it is refused by the financial institution you entered the direct deposit information for, the IRS will issue a check and mail it to you at the address on your tax return.

is there anyway the routing number can be changed and the refund resubmitted with the right routing number on it and it not be mailed out. and what is the time process on mailing out the refund. and is it another charge/fee
