Where in Turbo tax can I see my specified payment date for my taxes owed to IRS ?

My tax returns have been e-filed via turbotax. I forgot the exact date I've instructed IRS to deduct from my account. Where can I find this date ?

You should be able to find the information on the page (in the PDF of your return) titled, "Electronic Filing Instructions".  This page will contain your method of payment, as well as dates you chose.  The TurboTax FAQ I'm linking below will instruct you on locating this page.
