WHY CAN'T I GET MY 2018 FEDERAL REFUND?

2018? When did you file it? In order to be filed on time it had to be filed by April 15, 2019 -- or if you had an extension for it-- by October 15, 2019. Did you e-file it or mail it? What does your account say for your 2018 return? Does it say "accepted," "rejected," "printed," or "ready to mail?" If it says anything other than accepted, it was not filed. You can still file it, but you have to print, sign and mail it. You cannot e-file it.
