Where is my March 2020 refund? Irs said contact turbo tax! I have an email saying f/s were both accepted. The irs tool says to contact the tax person. Going in circles

I never received my refund from March 2020. I have emails to prove it was accepted. The IRS is now saying to contact my tax person which is Turbo. Turbo is saying go to the irs tool. What is it because this is crazy

Not to mention you can't talk to anyone, anywhere. Not on turbo not at the irs.

You can confirm that the IRS received your tax return by requesting a transcript. Please see How do I get a copy of my tax return or transcript from the IRS? for instructions. If the transcript shows that your tax return did not post, you can then file your tax return by printing and mailing it.
