Have you contacted the bank that issued the card? 

If you have called or find out from your bank/card issuer that they have not received the refund, please see this information from the IRS as you may need to initiate a trace: https://www.irs.gov/faqs/irs-procedures/refund-inquiries/refund-inquiries-18. This will allow the IRS to contact your bank/card issuer.

To check on a state refund please visit your state Department of Revenue website for further instructions on refunds that have not been posted to your account.
