Question

Where is my refund showed it has been sent. Turbotax didn't update my account. Still waiting for money to appear in my bank account.

Called the Specialist and they said they did get the fund for their service. However, no update on my account and still the fund didn't appear in my bank account draw some flags. 😞

TT does not receive tax refunds, nor any information as to when they have been sent.

If you asked to have your TT fees deducted from it, it goes first to third party bank to do this, which can add a day or so. Otherwise, it goes directly from the IRS to your bank, which can take 1-5 days to credit the deposit.
