Where is my return? Filed jan 29th. IRS tracker still say my return is being processed. Others that have filed at later dates with similar deductions,

Each return is different, so it needs to be handled differently. If you had EIC on your return, this delayed returns to be processed until late Feb. 

The IRS estimates most taxpayers will receive their refund via direct deposit within 21 days after acceptance. 

You can track your return by checking the Where's My Refund website located here. 

If you elected to have your fees deducted from your refund, the IRS will send your return to Santa Barbara Bank, where they will deduct the fees and then deposit any remaining refund into your account.
