Where is my return?? MVB BANK?

I have still not received my tax return, I did select to have my return send via a debit card but I NEVER received this debit card. At this point I have tracked the routing number to a bank in Texas, MVB Bank who I have never banked with as I’m in Pennsylvania. Any help?

I believe MVB bank is holding my 2021 tax return. How can I get them to release it?

I just had the same issue! Figured it out! I logged in to credit karma and it was available to transfer to my bank! Apparently we may have clicked to deposit it into a credit karma money spend account.

log in to credit karma and you should see spend account. Hope you figured it out or hope this can help people in the future. Took me so long to figure out. No thanks to turbo tax.

I was on the same page for my 2023 tax return. The bank that held my refund was called Greendot bank, I've never heard in my entire life. It took me so long to figure out where my refund is. Credit karma had mine and I was able to deposit my refund through CK. horrible experience and I'm here for 2024 tax and new bank comes out lmao.

Yeah, it's a bunch of bull. I still can't figure out where my tax refund is. They sent it to a closed account on February 18th and now the IRS website says it's down and to try again later.

I also contacted Credit Karma thinking they would open my account just for me to receive the funds and they told me no. At this point my refund is 13 days late. Filed on February 2nd and today is March 2nd.

Don't use credit karma. I opted to use credit karma for my 2023 tax refund. And also it was supposed to help build my credit. I had so many fraudulent charges on my card that I locked it when I wasn't using it. Then I started to receive text messages from "credit karma" even calling me Jessica one day, they misspelled words. I knew it was fraud so I cancelled my account and my credit dropped 50 points.
