Where is my tax return? I filed 48 days ago and the IRS says it was issued over a month ago. I can’t reach a human to help on turbo tax. How to I solve this???

I have called IRS and State for my returns and both say they were issued. TurboTax says it was issued. But I don’t have my money. TurboTax support has been less than no help. Please, I need answers.

Did you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund? If so, the third party bank is involved. Did you enter your own banking information correctly?

Is the address on your Form 1040 your correct current mailing address?

Your tax refund was not sent to TurboTax. TurboTax does not handle your refund at all.

Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, LLC (SBTPG) is the bank that handles the Refund Processing Service when you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund. This option also has an additional charge from the bank that processes the transaction.
