Where is the option to select that I did not receive stimulus, I have gone through the whole process. and have not seen an option

 To add the Recovery Rebate Credit (stimulus) to your tax return:

• Type stimulus in Search in the upper right
• Click jump to stimulus
• TurboTax will ask if you received any payments. Say No and your missing stimulus will be added to your "refund." The amount will show as a credit on line 30 of your Form 1040.

The IRS has said it will calculate the correct amount of the Recovery Rebate Credit, make the correction to your tax return and continue processing your return.

If a correction is needed, there may be a slight delay in processing your return and the IRS will send you a notice explaining any change made. So it's better to include the correct information on your tax return.
